Anthony NitsosAnthony Nitsos, Chief Financial and Growth Strategist. Anthony’s work has led to the successful launching and turnaround of numerous businesses, in industries as varied as manufacturing, distribution, retail, technology, and bioresearch. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of small-to-medium businesses, in accounting forensics and cash management and in operations analysis. In addition to master’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, and in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Anthony has an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Michigan, and is trained in Lean Manufacturing, ISO and QS certification, and Six Sigma Black Belt Quality. In his spare time he plays the cello.

Jim SeideJim Seide, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience with "Big 4" accounting firms; Fortune 500 corporations; to privately financed organizations at all stages of development. Jim has served as Chief Financial Officer from Fortune 500 corporations to privately financed organizations at all stages of development. Jim’s professional experience includes working with firms such as Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Johnson Controls and Tecumseh Products. Jim has particular expertise in creating infrastructure for new businesses, restructuring growing and mature businesses, and managing turnarounds, mergers, and acquisitions. Jim earned his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Wayne State University.
